The creation of Dalnet's #Manila2 was purely incidental... it happened a long, long time ago... date was forgotten (hehehe).

    It began one night... just like magic... a few butt kicking and kablaaaamm... #Manila2 was born. Started with only a few bunch of people... close but not exclusive. Nobody is ever left out... everyone is a family. From a small circle of people that grows and grows and still growing...

    If you happen to drop by the channel and see everybody have an @ sign... don't get intimidated by it... we call it our uniform. Stay around... wear a smile :), be nice and who knows you might get a privilege of wearing @ for your uniform. Promise... no one will bite you in the channel... nobody will ever try to use their power against you... just be NICE. If you experienced a kick or two... don't take it seriously... practice lang yun... naglalambing...  nangungulit... nagpapapansin (hehehe).

    And if you come around the channel and no soul have ever notice you... don't get offended... booking lang sila. If the channel is too quiet... don't ever think that you're being snobbed... busy lang yun (sa private talk). And just for your information #Manila2 is also the Booking King and Queen Channel. And after a while of staying and nobody ever talk to you... don't give up, sing, shout if you must... mapapasin ka rin nila.

    #Manila2 is the channel with almost no restrictions at all... talk about anything, currents issues or issues that is purely nonsense... do your color scripts showdown... mangulit sa BOT... huwag ka lang bastos... ok na yun. You're very much welcome.

    If you're a first time irc user... don't be afraid, #Manila2 people will be kind enough to give you a lesson or two. Here's a few words to arm you with irc terms:

    booking - tabled, cornered,privated... (galing kay daimos!)

    lol - laughing out loud

    wb - welcome back

    bbl o brb - babalik or will be right back (maniwala ka... booking lang yan!)
